Logical Recruitment Partners was founded in May 2014 as a dedicated and specialist supplier of Multi-Lingual talent to the Business Process Outsourcing industry across the EU.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, Logical Recruitment Partners placed more than 4500 contact centre agents as Key Workers on the Covid Helplines in the UK. With our European partners, we also maintained a consistent flow of candidates to assist with attrition in many areas where Covid-19 was prolific, ensuring that online services were maintained for our clients.
