Finnish speaking Customer Service Advisors

This award winning contact centre that has been trading for 130 years and one of the richest companies in the world are looking for Finnish speaking Customer Service Advisors to join their team in their brand new offices in Riga.

The role is to receive inbound communication via the phone, web chat and e mail from Finnish speaking customers looking for support or to file a complaint.

You will be representing a major player in the Fintech market helping customers with the following:

Fraud cases
Password resets
Payment Plans
Changing of bank accounts

The role is paying between €1500 - €1700 on a base plus additional pay for weekend and bank holiday shifts which increases the monthly salary up to €2000

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

C1 minimum in Finnish
B2 in English
No criminal record


No experience is needed to be successful in this career as full training is given.

Please note, this role is 100% office based with no remote working at all.
