Join Our Dynamic Team: Customer Service Advisor

Position: Customer Service Advisor
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of £11.01
Working Hours: 38.33 hours per week, with flexible 8am to 12pm shifts
Shifts: Rotational across a 13-week cycle
Weekend Work: Approximately 50% of your schedule may include 1 or 2 days on weekends

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be an essential part of a dynamic team, responsible for handling personal telephone banking inquiries. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Assisting customers with a wide range of inquiries, from setting up direct debits to balance inquiries.
Providing empathetic and patient assistance to customers.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Collaborating with your team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Taking ownership of customer needs and resolving inquiries efficiently.

While some inquiries may be complex and require a professional hand-off to another department, you'll always have the support and coaching you need to excel in your role.

Work Flexibility

Your work pattern can be either in the office or from the comfort of your own home. We offer a hybrid working model, allowing up to 4 days of remote work per week, provided you meet your targets. This flexibility allows you to achieve work-life balance while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
