In this role you will responding to chat and email messages from customers who need support with their technology devices! Yes, that’s right you will not be speaking to customers on the phone.


To apply for this role, you will need to be a C2 German Speaker and B2 English speaker.


This position will be a home office job, but you will have to be located in Greece. If you are not located in Greece, you will be receive a relocation package that will provide you 2-4 weeks accommodation, a free flight and support find full time accommodation. You can live in Athens, Thessaloniki or one of the fantastic Islands Greek has to offer.
