Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor - Office Based Position in Athens, Greece
 
What will I be doing?

• Representing a major player in the security software market.
• Taking inbound calls, e mails and web chat from  Italian speaking Customers
• Advising Customers in Italy on security software options
• Renewal of license queries
• Installation queries

What do I need to do this?

• EU passport or ID card
• C2 in Italian
• Training is in English, so you'll also need to be highly competent in the English language
• To be passionate about Marketing and ideally working on the marketing agency side of business as this is a move to working for the client.
