About the Role:

As a customer service advisor, you will be representing one the world’s leading online transactional payment service businesses. This large brand specialises in financial transactions in over 80 countries worldwide and supports businesses of all sizes to securely transfer money globally.
To apply for this role, you will need to be a C2 Dutch speaker and a minimum B2 English speaker.
This role will be in Greece and will be home office opportunity. To be considered for the role you will need to be willing to relocate to Greece or live in Greece already.
If you do not live in Greece already no worries at all, you will receive a relocation package which includes a free flight to Greece, 4 weeks in a hotel or Airbnb and support to find full time accommodation. You will also receive support to open a Greek bank account as well as a Greek tax code.
What you will be doing:
As a customer service advisor, you will be dealing queries to do with online transfers for customers and businesses within the Dutch market. You could deal with issues such as validating customer details or queries to with online transactions not going through. This role would be ideal for people that enjoy helping customers on the phone and through email communication as well.
