Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor - Based anywhere in Greece  (No experience required)

Who will I be Representing?

• You will be representing a major animation TV Streaming channel, where you will be singing Hi Ho its off to work we go every day!
• When you wish upon a star, this company will relocate you to represent the most famous mouse in the world.
• Along side incredible and world changing animation, this company also has theme parks across the globe.

What will I be doing?

• Taking inbound calls, web chat and e mails from Italian speaking customers, you will be responsible for helping these users in the Netherlands with technical questions they have about their Television services

• Common questions include:
• Can I change my bank details
• How to share with Friends and family
• How to add parental controls

What do I need to do this?

• EU passport or ID card - This is Mandatory!
• C2 level  in Italian
• Training is in English, so you'll also need to be highly competent in the English language (B2 minimum).
