About the Role:
Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor we have an urgent requirement for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join an International Outsourcing giant! Our client is an employer of choice having won multiple Awards for Customer Service and Quality, and they have a strong reputation for providing excellent working conditions to their employees! With over 12,000 satisfied employees in Greece, they are looking to recruit for their Athens offices. This is a full-time vacancy on 40 hours weekly basis, with 8 hours shifts (between 8:00 am to 12:00 pm).
Assist customer base via Live Chat, telephone, and email with a wide variety of account queries including payment, login, verification, and bet queries.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions
• Direct unresolved requests and issues to internal departments and follow up to ensure resolution
• Record inquiries, comments, and complaints
• Enhance customer experience through feedback you give to Product teams
• Make outbound calls to help customers or ensure resolution
• Handle daily internal back-office tasks
