As a German Customer Success Account Management Advisor, you will be representing their software client contact existing b2b SME clients only (No cold calling new prospects), to ensure the services are being utilised and working as needed and exploring the possibility to grow the client with additional services where required.
** Mon to Fri (Shifts between 7am to 6pm)
