Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Who will I be representing?

• You will be representing the world's largest online payment solution for online purchases worldwide.

What will I be doing?
• Taking inbound calls, web chat and e-mails from customers using your Dutch language skills, you will be supporting both the customer as well as the online retailer with challenges they are facing with either setting up their account or indeed receiving or sending money.
• Protecting both the Dutch-speaking customers and the retailers, you will help with escalations concerning refunds or returned goods across the Nederlands.

What do I need to do this?

• EU passport or ID card - This is Mandatory!
• B2 to C1 level or above in Dutch
• Training is in English, so you'll also need to be highly competent in the English language (B2 minimum).
