About the Role: 

German speaking Customer Service Advisor - Online Payment Provider

Working in the German language you will be representing a new kid on the block for online retail payments.

A Swiss based business is now opening its doors to hiring Customer Service professionals to support consumers with challenges with secure online payments.

What will I be doing?

• Taking inbound calls from German speaking Customers
• You will be supporting them with setting up accounts through to customer complaints for orders not delivered.

What do I need to do this?

• EU passport or ID card
• German native/C2 level
• Training is in English, so you'll also need to be highly competent in the English language
• To be passionate about customer service
• Have the ability to multitask, as you will be speaking to customers via phone, email and web chat
