As a Sales Team Leader you are responsible for managing a team of successful sales executives so we are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of motivating and inspiring a sales team as well as managing day to day operations.
You will need excellent leadership and communication skills and the ability to lead by example to ensure the successfully delivery of your teams' sales targets.
Duties & Responsibilities:
> Day to day managing of a team of 10-15 sales executives
> Managing all team and individual KPIs to ensure all client SLAs and deliverables are met
> Overseeing and managing of full day to day operation and workflow of the team
> Be a point of referral or escalation for team
> Working closely with operation managers to improve processes for increased revenue and client satisfaction
Requirements:
> 1-2 years' experience working in a B2B sales role
> Minimum 1 year experience managing a sales or customer service team including managing all KPIs and client SLAs
> Excellent communication skills and professional demeanour
> Positive, enthusiastic and sales driven personality
