About the Role: 

**Job Title: Finnish-Speaking Customer Service Agent in Crete, Greece**

**Salary:** €1,029 per month, plus €200 monthly bonus

**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide exceptional customer service in Finnish through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to our products and services, resolve issues, and provide information.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and efficiency when interacting with customers.
- Collaborate with your team to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive working environment.

**Requirements:**

- Proficiency in the Finnish language (both spoken and written).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping and serving customers.
- Willingness to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Adaptability and a desire to relocate to the picturesque island of Crete, Greece.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
