About the Role: 

German Speaking Contact Centre Executive – Relocation in Athens

An Immediate requirement for German speaking individuals to work for the top Tech Company in the world! Our client is a multi-Award-Winning Outsourcing giant who is going from strength to strength in recent years.

They have multiple requirements for German speaking Executives, and they are looking to hire with immediate effect!

What you’ll be doing:

• This is a full-time vacancy on 40 hours a week basis, with 8 hours shifts (between 8:00am to 12:00pm).
• You will be responsible for assisting customers with queries.
• Absolutely NO OUTBOUND or SALES CALLS.
• No previous Customer Service experience is needed as you will be receiving Award Winning Training!

What you’ll need to apply:

• Ability to speak German in a native capacity (C2) and professional knowledge of English (B2)
• EU Passport or ID Card - This is Mandatory!
• Be passionate about high quality service.
• Have a professional approach when dealing with customer queries.
