About the Role: 

Norwegian Speaking Technical Advisor - Relocation in Athens

What you'll be doing:

• You will be responsible for helping Norwegian users in navigating the largest online application library.
• You will act as 1st line Technical support for queries such as:
"How can I download and install applications on my phone/PC"
"How can I use Parental Control on my phone/PC"  
• Absolutely NO OUTBOUND or SALES CALLS.
• No previous Customer Service experience is needed as you will be receiving Award Winning Training! 

What you'll need to apply:

• Ability to speak Norwegian in a native capacity (C2) and professional knowledge of English (C1)
• EU Passport or ID Card - This is Mandatory!
• Have an aptitude in IT or above average software skills
• Have a professional approach when dealing with customer queries.
