About the Role:

After 6 months this will increase to 1800 BGN

What will you be doing?

Provide customer support services via telephone.
Achieve customer satisfaction, focusing on customers’ needs, offering the best solution.
Resolve issues while providing the best services and products for our customers’ experience.
Some up-selling of products is included but not essential

What you will need:

English to a C1 level
Basic computer literacy.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
Willingness to learn, develop and improve.
The right to live and work in Bulgaria
