Customer Service Representative with English - Sofia (Hybrid)

You will be supporting one of our largest Client’s Customers while having great conversations. If you have a positive attitude, patience, strong computer skills, and the ability to solve problems, we want you!

Due to our business and operational expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives with English to join our team.

Hybrid is defined as minimum of 1 day per week working from the office and maximum 4 days remotely. (Available after 6 months – Office based initially)

• Provide customer support services via telephone.
• Achieve customer satisfaction, focusing on customers’ needs, offering the best solution.
• Resolve issues while providing the best services and products for our customers’ experience.

• Good communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English language.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to learn, develop and improve.
• Previous experience in Customer Service is considered a strong advantage but not a requirement.
