Italian Speaking 1st Line technical Support - No experience required

Who will I be Representing?

You will be representing a major player in the tech space that were the very first company to invent a tablet computer, the very first company to offer smart phones as well as having their own TV channel, live music streaming station to mention only a few.

What will I be doing?

• Taking inbound calls, web chat and emails from Italian speaking customers,
• You will be responsible for helping these users in Italy with technical questions they have about their mobile device.

Common questions include:

1. My Mobile phone is broken
2. I'm having trouble setting up my mobile phone
3. I have forgotten my password
 
What do I need to do this?

• EU passport or ID card
• C2 level  in Italian
• Training is in English, so you'll also need to be highly competent in the English language (B2 minimum).
