French Speaking Customer Service Advisors - Based in Athens
(Both remote working, as well as Office based careers, are available).

This ridiculously awesome award-winning call centre outsourcer based in Greece is working closely with this award-winner in Camera manufacturing to deliver exceptional customer service to the French-speaking market.

Who will I be representing?

• You will be representing the biggest name in photography and supporting photographers with technical questions about their cameras.

What will I be doing?

• Taking inbound calls from France as well as Email and WeChat
• You will be supporting French-speaking photographers with technical questions about the camera and its features.

What do I need to do this?

• EU passport or ID card - This is Mandatory!
• C2 level in French
• Training is in English, so you'll also need to be highly competent in the English language (B2 minimum).
