About the Role: 

French and Dutch Bi-Lingual Speaking Customer Service Advisor - Work from home anywhere in the Netherlands (Relocation Package Available)

We're seeking anyone looking for a career in customer service to join a Globally recognised sporting goods company, you can work anywhere in the Netherlands.

What will I be doing?

• You will be supporting people who have purchased products of this major sporting brand online
• You will answer questions about deliveries, products, returns, warranty and anything else product-focused.
• Following on from your training and continuous support, you'll be quickly troubleshooting whilst providing top-class analysis.
• No experience is necessary as you will receive 3 weeks of paid award-winning training to make sure your career gets off to the best possible start.


What do I need to do this?

• EU passport or ID card
• Fluency in French, Dutch and English
• Have the ability to multitask, as you will be speaking to customers via phone, email and web chat
