The Role:
This is a German speaking customer service role for one of the worlds' largest online payment providers.
This role is perfect for anyone looking to take their first steps in a new buzzing career with a growing globally recognisable brand.
Not only will you be able to work at a modern recently built office, you will be at the forefront of one of their most important campaigns where you will help and assist customers with general queries on a day to day basis.
What you'll do:
> After training, you will join an experience team of customer service executives.
> You will help with any product related issues.
> You will help manage the customer experience, and look after that customer until resolution
> Providing post-sales support
> Every conversation will be different and will keep you on your toes
What you'll need to apply:
> Good written and verbal communication in one of the above languages, for use of social media messenger and emails alongside inbound.
> An EU Passport or valid work permit for Greece
> Be able to move within a month (with support)
