About the Role:
**Job Title: Norwegian -Speaking Customer Service Agent for PayPal**
**Location: Athens, Greece**
**Salary: €1,300 per month + €100 monthly bonus**

**Responsibilities:**
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions related to PayPal services in Norwegian through phone, chat, and email channels.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by offering outstanding support and assistance.
- Utilize knowledge and resources to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
**Requirements:**
- Fluent in Norwegian (both spoken and written) with good English skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
**Working Hours:**
- Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (40 hours per week).
- Two days off each week (rotating).
**Compensation:**
- Monthly salary of €1,300.
- Monthly bonus of €100 based on performance.
**Relocation Package:**
- Paid flight to Athens.
- Assistance with finding suitable accommodation.
- Support with all necessary Greek documentation and procedures.
