Your Role: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in connecting talented multilingual individuals with our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

✨ Identifying and sourcing top talent in the multilingual customer service sector. ✨ Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit. ✨ Building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients. ✨ Advising and guiding candidates through the recruitment process, from initial contact to placement. ✨ Collaborating with the team to develop innovative recruitment strategies. ✨ Embracing international travel opportunities to the EU to meet with clients and candidates.
