About the Role: 

French Speaking Banking Agent / Customer Service Advisor - Athens

An Immediate requirement for French speaking individuals to work for a leading online Bank and Financial company. Our client is a multi-Award-Winning Outsourcing giant who is going from strength to strength in recent years. They have multiple requirements for French speaking Executives, and they are looking to hire with immediate effect!
 
What you'll be doing:

• You will be responsible for assisting customers with queries.
• Absolutely NO OUTBOUND or SALES CALLS.
• No previous Customer Service experience is needed as you will be receiving Award Winning Training! 

What you'll need to apply:

• Ability to speak French in a native capacity (C2) and professional knowledge of English (C1)
• EU Passport or work permit - This is Mandatory!
• Be passionate about high quality service.
• Have a professional approach when dealing with customer queries.
