Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Advisor – Athens 🇬🇷

Enjoy helping people and have an interest in fashion? We’re recruiting an Spanish-speaking Customer Service Advisor to support customers of a fashion brand, working on-site in Athens.

The role

• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns and product enquiries.
• Resolve queries with a friendly, professional and customer-focused approach.
• Follow brand guidelines to deliver a consistent customer experience.

Salary & benefits

• €1,150 gross salary
• €85 monthly meal vouchers

What we’re looking for

• Strong Spanish and English communication and comprehension skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow guidelines and exercise sound judgement.
• Confidence using multiple computer programmes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an on-site team.

Right to live and work in Greece through an EU passport or a Greek residency permit with work rights and tax documents is a must
