🇵🇱 Polish Customer Service Representative – Insurance

We are looking for Polish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an international insurance customer service team in Lisbon.
💰 Salary & Benefits
- €930 gross per month
- Up to €100 performance bonus per month
- Salary paid 14 times per year
- Performance bonus paid 12 times per year
- Health insurance available from day one for a monthly contribution*
- Free health insurance after 6 months
*You will need a Portuguese NIF and NISS before you can be enrolled.
🏠 Relocation & Accommodation
Relocating to Portugal from another country?
Company accommodation is available for up to 12 months:
- Your own private room in a shared apartment
- Only €280 per month
- All utility bills included
- Rent is deducted directly from your salary
Candidates already living in Portugal do not normally qualify for accommodation, unless they are currently living in accommodation provided by another employer/competitor.
📞 The Role
You'll provide customer service by phone and email, helping customers and insurance brokers with a range of enquiries.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering questions about insurance products and policy coverage
- Assisting with policy cancellations
- Supporting insurance brokers with their enquiries
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Responding to customer emails
- Providing accurate, friendly and professional customer service
- Remaining calm and helpful when dealing with more complex enquiries
🕐 Working Hours
Monday to Friday – weekends off
Rotational shifts between 07:30 and 20:00
Please note that shifts may include bank holidays.
👤 What We're Looking For
- Polish – C2 / fluent
- English – minimum B2
- Previous customer service experience
- Insurance experience is an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Comfortable communicating by both phone and email
