German Customer Service Advisor
Location: Athens, Greece (Onsite) - Remote or hybrid is not available
Start Date: November
Salary: €1550 gross per month + 14 salaries per year
Contract: Permanent, full-time
We are hiring German Customer Service Advisors for an established German medical company based in Athens. If you love helping customers, enjoy problem-solving and have an interest in fashion, this is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in a vibrant international environment.

What you’ll do
- Support customers of this major, Global fashion brand
- Assist with delivery issues and warranty information
- Handle two customer channels simultaneously
- Stay calm under pressure and resolve issues confidently
- Deliver empathetic, high-quality service every time
- There is a tiny element of cross selling while someone is on the phone so an ability to drop new offers and products into the chat would be great
What we’re looking for
- Fluent German (C2 level ideally)
- Strong communication skills & customer empathy
- Able to multitask, stay organised and work calmly under pressure
- Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new systems
- If you're not from an EU country you'll full right to work documents for Greece - no support is offered.
Shifts
- 5 days per week
- Monday–Friday
There is no relocation for this position, you must already be in Greece and able to work in Athens with the below documents already in hand:
- Valid Passport or National Identity Card of their country
- AFM (Tax Registration Number).
- AMKA (Social Security Number).
- AMA ( Insurance Registration Number)
All candidates who progress to offer stage must provide a clean criminal record for HR clearance — we will guide you through this if successful.
