We’re looking for fluent French speakers to join a premium travel brand as Customer Advisors based in Greece. - Location: Greece – On-site or hybrid (based on performance)
- Contract Type: Indefinite (Full-time, permanent)
- Languages Required: French (C1) and English (B2)
- Salary: €1,050 gross/month + 10% performance bonus
- Annual bonus €500

Your Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
- Identify and assess customer needs to provide timely, accurate support
- Deliver high-quality information and solutions using internal tools
- Build trust and rapport through professional, clear communication
- Document all interactions in line with company procedures
- Meet performance goals for quality, case handling, and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to all internal processes, guidelines, and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in French (C1+) and English (B2)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with a positive, problem-solving mindset
- Proficient with basic computer applications and tool
