English-Speaking Customer Service Advisor – Athens 🇬🇷
Enjoy helping people and have an interest in fashion? We’re recruiting an English-speaking Customer Service Advisor to support customers of a fashion brand, working on-site in Athens.
The role
- Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns and product enquiries.
- Resolve queries with a friendly, professional and customer-focused approach.
- Follow brand guidelines to deliver a consistent customer experience.
Salary & benefits
- €1,050 gross salary
- €1000 signing bonus paid €500 in months 2 and 3
- €85 monthly meal vouchers

What we’re looking for
- Strong English communication and comprehension skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow guidelines and exercise sound judgement.
- Confidence using multiple computer programmes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an on-site team.
Right to live and work in Greece through an EU passport or a Greek residency permit with work rights and tax documents is a must
