We’re recruiting for a Dutch Recruiter to join an established Talent Acquisition team, working on end-to-end recruitment and supporting hiring across the Dutch market.

The role

You’ll be responsible for managing candidates through the recruitment process, screening and assessing talent, coordinating interviews and working closely with hiring managers to deliver against recruitment needs.

What we’re looking for

• Fluent Dutch and a good level of English

• Previous recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience

• Confident interviewing and assessing candidates

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Comfortable working in a busy, international environment

The package

• €1,450 gross per month base salary – depending on experience

• €7.63 meal allowance per working day

• Health insurance from day one

• 6-month contract with a 30-day trial period

• Relocation package available for candidates moving from abroad

• First 3 months working on-site
