Italian Customer Service – Lisbon

Do you speak fluent Italian and want to experience a new country, well now is your opportunity to live and work in Portugal. You’ll work as a customer service agent for a major brand and enjoy everything Portugal has to offer.

Salary and Benefits:

• Basic €1000 per month, in Portugal you get paid x14 
• Signing bonuses

• 6-month minimum contract with possibility of extension

Relocation:

• If you’re relocating from outside Portugal accommodation is provided in Porto or Lisbon (only) for €280 per month

Working Hours:

• 40 hour per week contracts across a number of different shift schedules, depending on project

Responsibilities:

• Assist users with general inquiries, and technical support via phone, email, chat, and social channels
• Adapt brand voice and tone for interactions on private and public channels
• Respond to customer escalations and document relevant case information

Requirements

• Speak C1 level Italian and B2 level English
• Have the right to live and work in Portugal or the EU
