German Inside Sales Representative – work from home Greece

We are currently recruiting for a major sales company based in Athens, they are looking for a German speaker who is good on the phone, happy cold calling and eager to make an impact. 

You'll bring experience in a similar role as this does require someone with outbound sales experience but with that comes a very good base salary, uncapped commission and the total flexibility to work anywhere in Greece.

The Job

• Create an acquire new customers in a defined area
• Identify new opportunities and drive the entire sales cycle for small and medium businesses
• Generate new business through interest creation and early engagement with potential customers
• Build customer confidence with remote sales capabilities across various levels (IT, Finance, Strategy)
• Capture customer information and contracts in the CRM system
• Communicate with customers through cold calls, follow-ups and deal closure
• Present product information based on identified customer needs
• Follow up with potential customers who showed interest but did not make a purchase
• Perform regular follow-up calls/emails and facilitate communication to ensure satisfaction and identify new needs
• Use storytelling skills to highlight the value of products/services
• Keep the CRM tool updated
• Use knowledge of opportunity progression for accurate pipeline and revenue forecasting

What We’re Looking For:

• C2 level German speaker
• Advanced English communication skills
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales
• Knowledge of Cloud services

You'll need to be living in Greece already, with all of your work documents, as well as a German or EU passport.
