Are you a native Dutch speaker looking for an exciting international opportunity with one of the world's most recognised sports brands?

We are recruiting Dutch Customer Service Advisors to join a global team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Start Date: 3 August 2026

Salary & Benefits

• €2,000 gross per month

• Permanent employment contract

• Hybrid working model:

  • 3 days in the office

  • 2 days working from home

• Relocation package provided, including support with your move to Bulgaria and temporary accommodation to help you settle in.

Working Hours

You will work on a rotating shift pattern:

• Monday to Friday: 10:00–22:00

• Saturday: 10:00–19:00

Requirements

• Native-level Dutch

• Minimum B2 level English

• Excellent communication skills

• A passion for delivering excellent customer service

• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria (if currently living abroad)
