Dutch Customer Service Agent

Location: Athens, Greece (on-site)
Salary: €1,500 gross per month
Shifts: Monday to Sunday, 08:00–19:00 (8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, 2 days off)
Relocation Package:

• 3 weeks of accommodation with breakfast (no pets allowed)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Respond to incoming calls, emails or chat from customers.

• Provide clear information and resolve issues quickly and professionally.

• Support accommodation partners by handling queries on room rates, availability, bookings, and extranet tools.

• Deliver an excellent partner and customer experience with every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in Dutch and English.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or F&B.

• Confident using computers and navigating multiple systems.

• Already living in Greece or willing to relocate quickly.
