📍 Position: Social Media Technical Sales Specialist (Polish Market)

💼 Your Main Responsibilities

- Identify new sales opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers.

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable technical products or solutions.

- Present and demonstrate products, explaining their features and benefits.

- Provide technical assistance and support throughout the sales process.

- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and follow up on sales opportunities.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

- Continuously improve the customer experience by promoting effective use of advertising products.

🎯 Candidate Profile

Must-have:

• Native or fluent Polish (C1+), written and spoken

• English level B2 or higher

• EU passport or valid Greek residence card

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Sales or business development experience.

• Ability to understand and explain technical products or services.

• Customer-focused approach and problem-solving skills.

• Reliable, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision

💶 Compensation & Benefits

Potential monthly gross salary up to €1,750 + monthly meal allowance

• Base salary: €1,200 gross x 14 salaries per year

• Guaranteed monthly project bonus: €300 gross x 12 months

• Monthly performance bonus: up to €250 gross

🕒 Working Hours

• Monday to Friday only

• 10:00–18:00 (winter) or 11:00–19:00 (summer), including a 1-hour break
