Concentrix are a global giant in the contact center industry, they work with many global brands who outsource their customer service and tech support teams to them, as such, which project you'll be considered for will depend on start date but you can also work a preferred project around your moving date to Portugal. Salary and Benefits:

• €1000 per month x12
• €1000 in a 13th and 14th salary at Christmas and Summer
• Daily meal allowance of €7.23 
• 8 hour shifts per day, 5 days per week rotational shifts dependant on project
• Healthcare after 6 months if you wish to stay
• Rotational 2 days off

Relocation

• Accommodation provided or up to 1 year costing around €280 per month taken directly from salary
• Niff and Niss provided free of charge

Start date is ongoing

Responsibilities:

Depending on which campaign you work will depend on your job, which also depends on when you can start

• Content Moderation - Reviewing content that goes onto social platform to ensure it meets with the standard and expectations of the social platforms rules
• Customer Service - Supporting customer with trouble shooting queries, complaints and other support related topics
• No experience is required for either role, fully paid training is given
