Dutch Technical Support Specialist – Siemens EV Charging Solutions

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Technical Support Specialist to support Siemens EV charging solutions for business customers.
📍 This position is for candidates already based in or around Lisbon. There is no relocation package available for this role.
Start Date: ASAP
This is a hybrid position offering a combination of office and home working. You will provide technical support to Dutch-speaking business customers using Siemens charging solutions, helping diagnose and resolve technical issues and ensuring their charging systems operate smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide first and second-line technical support for a major EV charging stations.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, firmware, connectivity and configuration issues.
- Support Dutch-speaking business customers with technical and operational enquiries.
- Accurately document cases and technical resolutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve products, support processes and customer experience.
- Provide guidance and technical support to field technicians and end users.
- Take part in paid induction, factory training and ongoing professional development in Lisbon.
Working Hours & Hybrid Set-Up
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week on a rotating shift schedule.
Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the Lisbon office and 2 days working remotely.
Shift patterns:
- 08:00 – 17:00 — office based
- 14:00 – 23:00 — office based
- 23:00 – 08:00 — fully remote from home
All night shifts are worked 100% remotely from home and receive an additional 25% night-shift allowance.
Transportation to and from the office on office-based working days is fully paid by the company.
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: €950 gross per month
- Dutch language allowance: €400 gross per month
- Total fixed salary: €1,350 gross per month
- Food allowance: €10.20 per day worked
- Night shifts: 25% additional allowance for eligible hours

What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Currently based in or around Lisbon
- Technical background in electrical engineering, IT or another relevant technical discipline.
- Previous technical support experience preferred, particularly involving electrical equipment, hardware or EV charging technology.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with business customers and explaining technical information clearly.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights.
- Willing and able to travel to a client office for training and development
