Role Details:

• Position: Danish Customer Support Specialist
• Salary: €1,500 gross per month + €120 monthly bonus
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
• Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

As part of the role, you'll support customers via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels, assisting with product enquiries, technical support, and e-commerce-related issues while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Relocation Package
