Dutch speaking Customer Service - Thessaloniki

Position: Customer Care Representative

Language Requirements: Fluent in Dutch (C1) and English (B2)

Location: On site in Thessaloniki - Greece

Start Date: October

Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 5 days a week, 9am to 11pm Greek time (8-hour shifts)

Contract Type: Indefinite

Salary: €1450 gross monthly salary, with 14 salaries

Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Provide excellent customer care and support
• Assist customers with order inquiries, product questions, and issue resolution
• Being able to multi-task about a computer using multiple programmes at once.
• Some knowledge of online security is helpful but not essential.

Relocation

• One way flight ticket booked for you.
• 15 days accommodation in a hotel
• All Greek paperwork organised
• Up to €350 in accommodation support

Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch (C1) and English (B2)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Right to live and work in Greece with either an EU passport or Greek residency permit.
