We are recruiting fluent Swedish and Norwegian speakers to join the customer support team for Booking.com in Sofia, Bulgaria.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to relocate abroad while working for a globally recognised travel company. You'll become part of an international team helping travellers and accommodation partners with a wide variety of booking-related enquiries.

What you'll be doing

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:

• Assist customers via phone, email and chat.

• Support travellers with booking enquiries, amendments and cancellations.

• Help customers resolve payment, reservation and accommodation issues.

• Provide clear, professional and empathetic customer service.

• Work closely with accommodation partners to resolve booking queries.

• Ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience.

• Accurately update customer records using internal systems.

• Meet quality and productivity targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

What we're looking for

• Native or fluent Swedish or Norwegian.

• Advanced English (minimum B2/C1).

• Excellent communication skills.

• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving ability.

• Comfortable using multiple computer systems.

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Hybrid working

This is a hybrid position based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

You'll work from the office two days per week (Wednesday and Thursday), with the remaining days working from home.

Please note that although you can work from home, you must live in Bulgaria. Due to local employment legislation, payroll, taxation, social security requirements and data security regulations, it isn't possible to perform this role permanently from another country.
