English Digital Marketing Expert – Hybrid Sofia

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing professional to join our team on a hybrid basis, supporting a fast-moving and creative environment where ideas turn into real results.

It’s an exciting role as you will work with new and existing business clients as they embed different solutions and tools into their business development strategy. Your customers will range across verticals and industries and no meeting will be the same. While not a sales role (you will not need to generate leads) you will be probing clients to understand where you can drive spend to increase their sales. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Host client meetings and use probing techniques to uncover their business needs.  
• Suggest the most appropriate services and tools to help the clients achieve their sales objectives and thus generate leads of interested partners.  
• Be a subject matter expert on the client’s advertising platform, features and available enhancements and thus their trusted advisor for business growth. 
• You will deliver campaign setup and optimization recommendations and monitor active client campaigns. 
• Achieve specific targets and maximizing sale opportunities on each and every call.  
• Maintain sales pipeline accuracy and track client campaign ROI, using customer management system (CRM).  

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
• Experience working in a customer service, sales or outsourcing environment is preferred.   
• Knows how to drive value-based selling approach to clients and channel partners in a fast-paced environment.   
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a hybrid setup
• A creative approach with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes

Details:

• Location: Sofia Bulgaria –
• Hybrid – 3 days from home, 2 from office
• Monday-Friday 10am – 7pm
• Start Date: 3rd August
