Spanish Customer Service – Lisbon

Do you speak fluent Spanish and want to work in a Customer Service environment for a majo company in Lisbon. You’ll be working for a major European Airline assisting customers through the Summer. 

Salary and Benefits:

  • Basic €930
  • €930 Summer and Winter salaries
  • Project bonus of €25 per month
  • Daily meal card of €7.23
  • 6-month minimum contract with possibility of extension

Working Hours:

  • 40 hour per week contracts across a number of different shift schedules, depending on project

Responsibilities:

  • Fluent Spanish (C1) and at least B2 English (spoken and written)
  • Minimum 6 months of Customer Service experience (B2C, tourism, travel, or baggage services preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and sound decision-making ability
  • Customer-oriented, flexible, and comfortable handling sensitive situations
  • Experience with GDS tools (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is a plus

Requirements

  • Have the right to live and work in Portugal or the EU
  • Live in Portugal already or able to move for the 18th June with all documents in place
