French Customer Advisor – Hybrid Role in Greece

We’re looking for fluent French speakers to join a premium travel brand as Customer Advisors based in Greece. Key Details

• Location: Greece – On-site or hybrid (based on performance)

• Contract Type: Indefinite (Full-time, permanent)

• Languages Required: French (C1) and English (B2)

• Salary: €1,050 gross/month + 10% performance bonus

• Welcome Bonus: €1,200 total (€100/month for the first 12 months)

• 14 Salaries Per Year

Working Hours

• Low Season: Monday to Sunday, between 10:00 and 22:00

• High Season (June to August): Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 01:00

  Late shifts until 01:00 are fully remote (work from home)

Your Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, email, and chat

• Identify and assess customer needs to provide timely, accurate support

• Deliver high-quality information and solutions using internal tools

• Build trust and rapport through professional, clear communication

• Document all interactions in line with company procedures

• Meet performance goals for quality, case handling, and customer satisfaction

• Adhere to all internal processes, guidelines, and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in French (C1) and English (B2)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Customer-focused with a positive, problem-solving mindset

• Proficient with basic computer applications and tools
