B2B Sales/Accout Manager- Dutch

I’m currently recruiting Dutch-speaking candidates for an exciting opportunity in Sofia, Bulgaria.

We have 2 positions available, depending on your experience and preference:

1. Account Executive (Sales)

• €2,444.46 base salary

• €1,551.70 quarterly bonus (uncapped potential)

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a portfolio of B2B clients (mainly marketing and recruitment teams)

• Re-engaging previous clients and identifying new business opportunities

• Running sales calls, video meetings, and email outreach

• Advising clients on how to improve their hiring and advertising strategy using LinkedIn solutions

• Driving revenue growth and hitting quarterly sales targets

2. Customer Success / Implementation Specialist

• €2,198.56 base salary

• €728.59 quarterly bonus

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting new clients with onboarding and platform setup

• Ensuring clients are fully utilising LinkedIn Hiring products

• Monitoring usage, engagement, and adoption levels

• Acting as the main point of contact for clients post-sale

• Troubleshooting issues and working with internal teams to resolve them

What we’re looking for:

• Fluent Dutch + C1 level English

• Experience in sales or client-facing roles

• Ideally B2B sales experience for the Account Executive role

• Comfortable working with targets, clients, and CRM systems

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
